Thank-you for your interest in Campaign Technology's solutions for your riding.

With this Order Form, you will indicate what riding you are interested in, and provide an Email address of a Initial User to which we will send a Pending Invoice. This user will be able to reset their password, log in, and add other users after the account is activated.

While up to three users may be added to view maps, and one user may be given access to the Poll Knock Generator tool (if purchased) transferring access to other users is generally not permitted. If extraordinary circumstances exist, please contact us by email.

Initiating an order by pressing the button below will also generate an Order Number.

If you choose to not proceed after that point, you are welcome to simply do nothing and the Pending Invoice will expire after 30 days.

If you pay the invoice we will activate your account, with the Initial User able to proceed through the steps to Reset their Password and then log in.

If paying by cheque, please make cheques payable to Arlington Woods Technologies Inc. and include the Order Number on your cheque. Failure to do so may result in delays activating your account. Please allow 7-10 days after we receive your cheque to process your payment. We also accept credit card payments through PayPal. A link will be found in the Invoice.

While every attempt is made to ensure accuracy, there can be no guarantees against error. If you notice any discrepancies, kindly bring them to our attention. We cannot accept responsibility for any decisions you may or may not make based on the information we provide. We strive for the website to be available at all times (with the possible exception of a maintenance window typically on Sunday night between midnight and 5 am Eastern Time), and without undue performance impairments; however, we cannot ensure your internet infrastructure will not present problems and therefore cannot make guarantees as to the website's availability to you at any given time.

All transactions are deemed to take place in Ontario, Canada. HST is included in the price. Once an account is activated, no refund may be issued.

We express no opinion as to whether this constitutes a Campaign Expense, whenever purchased, where applicable.
